Study on Discrimination Between Male & Female Workers in Employment and Occupation
The purpose of this study is to reduce the information gap in the fields of work situation, conditions and terms of employment for male & female workers in selected economic sectors. it also seeks to enable trade unions in the targeted sectors to set priorities and practical plans for their works' committees with the purpose of reinforcing their role, strengthening the confidence of workers in their role, seeking the integration of women in trade union bodies. Finally, it aims at providing information about discrimination in employment circumstances to decision-makers and employers.
