Safeguarding and Protection Policies

At DWRC, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and equality in the workplace and through the work of our organization.

If you have experienced or witnessed any form of violence, harassment, exploitation or abuse in connection to our work and the services we provide, we encourage you to reach out. If anyone has attempted to take advantage of your need for our services, please let us know immediately.

We adhere to a strict anti-corruption policy and uphold a zero tolerance for violence and harassment in any form.

You can raise any concerns you may have or make a complaint to DWRC about something you have experienced or witnessed without fear of retribution.

Your concerns are important to us, and we guarantee confidentiality and professionalism in addressing the issues raised. Any behavior or action in violation of our policies and/or legislation in force in Palestine will be addressed through the appropriate channels after an internal investigation is conducted and conclusions and recommendations have been emitted. We will keep the person(s) affected by any misconduct or breach of regulations informed about the steps we intend to take and will consult with them about the desired outcome on their part.
